Dan Morenoff founded The Morenoff Firm after spending 11 years in a pair of large firms’ respected Dallas offices. Dan’s experience includes working in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases representing: debtors in numerous industries; trustees; debtors’ contractual counter-parties and contractless vendors; secured and unsecured creditors; and asset purchasers. He has also represented plaintiffs and defendants in adversary proceedings, federal litigation, and state-court litigation, including receivership cases.
Before law school, Dan saw a speech he wrote published in Vital Speeches of the Day and served on the legislative staff of then-Texas Senator Phil Gramm.
Dan has been named to the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas.
